The Pride of Bracknell Forest Awards were started in 2005 to celebrate the achievements of the Bracknell Forest Community, in areas from charity through to sports and education. They continue to identify those exceptional individuals and groups which make significant contributions to the quality of life in the region. The Awards have been running ever since to give the recognition that these individuals – and the community more widely – so richly deserve, and to encourage others to get involved in an enormously promising area.

Bracknell itself is at the heart of Europe’s ‘Tech Valley’ and makes a major contribution to the South East economy, which is second only to London in terms of its financial output. But it is the people of the surrounding area that help make the quality of life in the region better for so many others.
