
James Puxley, Lord-Lieutenant for the Royal County of Berkshire, will be attending the Pride of Bracknell Forest Awards, joining other distinguished guests such as former England goalkeeper, David Seaman.
The Lord-Lieutenant is the permanent representative of the Queen in Berkshire. Mr Puxley was appointed to the role in January 2015.
The Lord-Lieutenant acts for The Queen in carrying out certain duties, mainly ceremonial, in connection with the Armed Forces and in presenting honours and awards.
